Contact Beacon Hub

One email address, no forms, and a clear statement of what we can and cannot help with.

The email address

Everything reaches the same place: info@beaconhub.online.

There is no contact form on this site, and that is deliberate. A form would collect and store what you typed; an email leaves the record with you and with us, and nothing is gathered in between. It is also why there is no newsletter, no account and no chat widget anywhere here — the privacy policy describes the whole of what that means in practice.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. If something on this site is wrong, tell us which page and what is wrong with it. We fix or remove it.
  • Questions about how the site works — how it is funded, how coverage is decided, or anything in the method statement.
  • Privacy requests under the Australian Privacy Principles or, where applicable, the GDPR. The privacy policy sets out what exists to request.
  • Suggestions for something the site should explain and does not.

What we cannot help with

Being clear about this saves you time, because these enquiries need to go elsewhere and we cannot forward them.

Anything about a subscription, an account, a charge or a refund
Beacon Hub is not a vendor, a reseller or an agent for any product mentioned here. We have no access to anyone's account and cannot see, alter, cancel or refund a payment. Those enquiries go to the vendor you paid, through the contact details on its own website. Our page on subscriptions and renewals explains the usual routes.
Technical support for a device
We cannot diagnose a computer or phone. For general security guidance, the Australian Cyber Security Centre publishes practical advice for individuals and is the right starting point.
An incident in progress
If money has moved, contact your bank first — that is the fastest route to any chance of recovery. Then report it: cybercrime through the ACSC, scams to Scamwatch. Our page on reporting routes sets out which body handles what.
Advertising, guest posts and link placement
Beacon Hub does not sell advertising, does not accept guest contributions and does not place links for payment. Enquiries of this kind are not answered.

What to expect

Email is read by the publisher. We aim to reply to genuine enquiries within a few working days, and corrections are usually dealt with faster than that because they are simply made. Anything you send sits in an ordinary mailbox and is kept only as long as it is needed — the privacy policy states the period.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, identity documents or account credentials. There is no reason for us to have any of it, and email is not a secure channel for it.
